Harry Baron was born in 1944 in Israel. He started his career as a painter. His first one-man-show took place in 1962.
Since 1967 he devoted himself to sculpture. He exhibited his sculptures in Europe and the U.S.A.
His sculptures found their way into important private collections and museums. Some of his big sculptures stand in public places.
He was commissioned to do a sculpture for the center of Tel Aviv. He completed outdoor projects commissioned by different architects.
He works in bronze, wood, stone and aluminium, using a variety of advanced techniques.
Harry Baron is married to Batia Baron, a journalist and author, and is a father of two daughters.
